When Doug and Mary Partridge started Classic Catering Corporation 20 years ago, they knew one thing for certain: The catering customer would always be number one. Their goal was to make each customer’s catered event truly a Classic Event. They believed the only way to achieve that high standard was to treat each event as if it were their own.
Today, after two decades in the catering business, Doug and Mary have learned a few things about special event catering.
