Classic Catering Introduces Wedding Cakes by Phyllis
Phyllis Hildebrant has been one of our friends and vendors since we first started Classic Catering 20 years ago! She designs elegant and unique wedding cakes that are absolutely delicious!

I have been in the wedding cake business for 20+ years and love what I do. I strive to maintain a great tasting wedding cake that everyone will love. Cake baking is a true old fashioned art form that was taught to me by an old cake baker many years ago.
It is an honor when a couple picks me to be a part of making their day perfect. I will work closely with the couple throughout the months of planning and be attentive to their needs concerning the wedding cake. From our first meeting until their big day, I will be at their service.
I meet with couples by appointment. We go over their needs, sample different cakes and view photos of many of the cakes I have created. I am happy to answer questions and it is my personal goal for them feel comfortable with the choices they make.
