Lispeth Springer, Executive Chef
With an extensive background covering over 25 years of restaurant and food service experience, she continually develops innovative menus. Her training under top chefs in both Chicago and Kansas City has provided her with superb culinary skills. Chef Springer prides herself in using the finest and freshest ingredients available. Contributing to her success is her background as the Pastry Chef at Capital Grille, Executive Chef at Powell Gardens and Line Chef at Joe D's Wine Bar. She will gladly create personalized menus to compliment any occasion.
